The "Semberija" Museum is located in the oldest building, which contains 4 exhibition halls with an area of 105 square meters and one hall for occasional exhibitions. They house 3 permanent museum exhibits with all-day and daily openness.

The archeological exhibition is on the ground floor of the museum and includes the material remains of civilization from the Neolithic to the late Middle Ages. In addition, there is the largest and most significant collection of medieval inscriptions in BiH and beyond with 23 Cyrillic inscriptions in the Old Slavonic language.

There is also a collection of Roman stone monuments, but also finds from the most researched medieval site of Jazbina in Batković and a medieval cast pot from Ostojićevo.

The ethnological exhibition includes objects related to the folk life of the village of Semberija and the old town culture of Bijeljina.

Muzej "Semberije" se nalazi u najstarijoj zgradi koja u sebi sadrži 4 izložbene sale površine 105 kvadratnih metara i jednu salu za povremene izložbe. U njima su smještene 3 stalne muzejske postavke sa cjelodnevnom i svakodnevnom otvorenošću.

Arheološka izložba je u prizemlju muzeja i obuhvata materijalne ostatke civilizacije od neolita do kasnog srednjeg vijeka. Pored toga, tu se nalazi i najveća i najznačajnija kolekcija srednjovjekovnih natpisa u BiH i šire sa 23 ćirilična natpisa na staroslovenskom jeziku.

Tu se nalazi i kolekcija rimskih kamenih spomenika, ali i nalazi sa najistraženijih srednjovjekovnik lokaliteta Jazbine u Batkoviću i srednjovjekovni livni lonac iz Ostojićeva.

Etnološka izložba obuhvata predmete vezane za narodni život sela Semberije i starogradsku kulturu Bijeljine.
